Surplus People's Project hosts a networking session

My Fellow South Africans is performed as part of an NGO networking forum

Brian Adams of the Surplus People's Project who has become a great supporter of the show since he saw a version of it at a Brot fuer die Welt meeting in March, invited us to present My Fellow South Africans at a networking event for NGOs at the Observatory Community Hall on Friday 26 May.  Many of the attendees subsequently attended other performances with their colleagues and friends and the show has become a potential source for community engagement prior to the 2024 elections, just as we had planned!
