Quarterfinal rugby in Berlin!

A Berlin pub filled with young French people had to contend with a handful of South Africans one Sunday night...

Each year, the Robert Bosch Academy gathers its past, present and future fellows for a four-day study tour.  We arrived in Berlin on the day of the World Cup Rugby Finals and the reception took place at 18:00, ending at 20:30, enough time to get to a pub that screened the match between the Springboks and the hosts, France.  Human Rights lawyer - Brian Currin who famously was given the hard drive with the Gupta leaks for safe-keeping - and I found a pub with mostly French young people who drowned us with the passionate singing of their anthem.  But it was us who had the final song in our hearts.
