Production in Unproductive Times film
Christopher Hibma invited me to participate in a film they are putting together for Ettijahat on building careers in the performing arts.
Ettijahat is a Syrian cultural production entity, with its members now based mainly outside of Syria. Christopher Hibma, whom I met when he worked for the Sundance Theatre Institute some years back, also works with Ettijahat whom I have come to know through the excellent Abdullah Alkafri. Christopher invited me to participate in a series of videos they are making with producers around the world, talking about their work during the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. The video was filmed on line through Zoom on 8 May.
