Festival Academy hosts training workshop on new festival business models
One of my 'hats' is to help programme and facilitate the Festival Academy ateliers for festival managers. From 22-23 September, we hosted an online workshop for 41 participants from 35 countries on business models for hybrid festivals i.e. festivals that increasingly were taking place both online and physically.
