MEC's speech

It was the first time that I attended the provincial legislature on 29 March 2023.  I'd been invited to the Budget speech of MEC Anroux Marais.  I was taken aback by the nearly complete absence - other than for their official spokespersons on arts, culture and sport - of the ANC opposition from the chamber that day, reflecting their lack of interest in this area?
