Greg Karvellas in Berlin

The former Artistic Director of the Fugard Theatre, a theatre that had established itself deeply in the hearts of Cape Town's theatre-going public but which shut down permanently during the COVID pandemic, is now based in Berlin.  I met him and his wife, Georgina when they first arrived in late November 2022, and I was nearing the end of my 3,5 month residency in Berlin.  It was good to have a catch up with Greg during a recent visit to Berlin, and to hear that they are doing well!
