EUNIC presentation

I was invited by the European National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) to make a presentation at their meeting in Siena, Italy on Friday 28 June, but was unable to attend due to the IETM Campus and Atelier Reading in Greece.  However, with the help of technology, I was able to make my presentation via skype.  The theme was a critique of the EU Parliament's Resolution on Culture in the EU's international relations.
