Creative Entrepreneurship Course
STAND Foundation hosted a 3-day course on cultural entrepreneurship in July.
In my role as Coordinator of the STAND Foundation, I toured to three cities/towns with Beth Arendse, Director of the South African Creative Industries Incubator, to present short training courses on creative entrepreneurship for those engaged in the community arts sector in particular. The course was hosted at ARTSCAPE from 5-7 July with 19 participants, in Swellendam from 9-11 July with 12 participants and 12 participants also took part in the Riebeek-West course from 13-15 July.
