Cast Reading of What We Wish For

Fugard commissioned play has its first reading with the cast and director

My new play, commissioned by the Fugard Theatre, will be staged in May 2020.  Directed by Amy Jephta, What We Wish For juxtaposes the sanctity of life to the dignity of life.  The four-person cast met for the first time on Friday 29 November to read the play together, and to provide feedback about the script.  I will be working further on the script in the light of this very useful feedback, before rehearsals begin in April.
